T3 Turbo Build Issue

hey guys im getting this strange error when trying to build t3 turboafter i upgraded from expo 47 to 48

I had similar issue about --no-frozen-lockfile on vercel while I was using pnpm when I moved on yarn issue got fixed

using t3 turbo mono repo cant really switch
