It’s not an exported function and it probably wouldn’t make sense for them to create exports for 20+ JSON functions. You should be able to use

.where(sql

I just ran through the SvelteKit tutorial. Let it be known that I am not a big fan of SvelteKit and find the TypeScript support very janky.
