Extreme lag on mordhau (game) after latest update

I have been playing mordhau for 100+ hours but after i did a system update and so updating heroic mordhau started getting about 1 frame per 3 seconds in the main menu. Also the textures load VERY slow. 50% of the time the game will crash at start. I have 2 logs cause the first time i launched the game after update it just ran very poorly but the second time i tried to launch it with Wine-GE-Proton7-43 instead (Before i was always using GE-Proton8-3) and it asks about a mono package?
