when i click "Manage API Tokens" in the workers dash it takes me to an upsell page for buying R2
I'm just trying to generate an API token for deploying Workers Pages from CI. The link is correct, so I feel like it's an auth issue?

It looks like the link in the Workers dash is going to
/r2/api-tokens, which probably isn't the intended location
I'll raise this, tyheh i just came back to say that- i didn't see the r2 in the link at first
If you're still confused how to create one:
You can generate tokens from your profile: https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile/api-tokens (top right, click on your person, click my profile -> API Tokens)
There's a template for editing workers.
