Interview outfit help
I've got an interview with the NHS next week. I've never worked in a job where it has more formal dress codes, so my wardrobe is lacking. My only 'Dressed up' footwear are a pair of Loake Bedales, and Beckman Heritage 9011's. I've uploaded the images of the same shoes. I don't have much in the way of shirts, but I have white, blue, and red. Some will need tailoring which is fine. I also only have a pair of black and navy chinos, and a pair of black and dark blue jeans. Can anyone give me some pointers on if theres a combo that'd work well here, or if I should spend a little money getting something else?
I'll probably need more new clothes anyway in the position so it's fine if I need to, and I want to put my best foot forward with this so I want to make sure I come dressed well to the appointment. I believe that appropriate level of formality would be shirt, pants, and shoes.

You sure they don't expect a suit for the interview?
But at minimum, blazer, shirt, tie, slacks, oxfords
Preferably navy blazer, white shirt, relatively simple tie, khaki or grey slacks, dark brown oxfords
What type of position are you interviewing for? I would go up one “level” in terms of dress code. Do you not own a suit?
Short of some very senior people I can't remember the last time I saw NHS staff wearing a suit and I was at an event with the Health Minister and a ton of NHS people today. Navy chinos, white shirt and your loakes should be fine. Make sure everything is clean, ironed/polished. Check with the person who invited you to interview to be sure though.
white oxford shirt, navy chinos, and the loakes
x2 what cdfchopper said.
It's for a Physiotherapist assistant position. Basically entry level
I also don't own a suit
What about a belt? I own a leather belt, but it's several shades darker than my loakes.
I'd be amazed if you need suit for that.
If you need a belt that is probably fine. You'll only need to 'mstch' with suits really
