You're looking at the Pages docs, not the workers docs, the workers docs are here:
https://developers.cloudflare.com/d1/get-started/#3-bind-your-worker-to-your-d1-database
You need to use wrangler because d1 has a shim that it needs wrangler to inject to work (i.e it's not exactly a normal binding, I believe that is planned to go away when it goes GA)

Most bindings aren’t stringifiable, or at least they don’t look right. Basically, don’t console.log them, just try using them

posting my previous message in a more relevant channel: can someone please help: I am trying to implement email sending functionality that is described in this blog https://blog.cloudflare.com/sending-email-from-workers-with-mailchannels/. I have used the code snippet illustrated in the blog. I have also set the txt record for the domain I want to send email from as per https://community.cloudflare.com/t/introducing-mailchannels-domain-lockdown/523913. Now when I deploy the worker and test it both using browser and api testing tools (postman, rapidapi) I don't see emails delivered to the addresses I have used (mostly gmail)

hey all, im new into programming altogether and cloudflare, i started a project which right now uses CF Workers for the backend, im in the process of adding a homepage to the project and I just realised I wasn't sure how

If i wanted something in the following structure:
subdomain.domain.tld -> sveltekit webpage
subdomain.domain.tld/workers -> CF Worker

How would I accomplish that? are they meant to be in a single project? or separate them and add a redirect rule for /workers to the assigned worker subdomain?

If you get a status code of 200 back from our API, it means your message has been queued for delivery. Whether or not it actually gets delivered is something you can only determine by watching your inbox for a non-delivery receipt. We will send an NDR if the message bounces for some reason. Otherwise, you can assume it got delivered. We only queue for up to six hours, so that's the maximum time you will have to wait to get an NDR.

Anyone else banging their head against the WebSocket API?
I create a WebSocket with

new WebSocket()

and it tells me "Websockets obtained from the 'new WebSocket()' constructor cannot call accept", so I call

.accept()

.accept()

, but it then tells me "You must call one of accept() or state.acceptWebSocket() on this WebSocket before sending messages.". It's making me crazy.

Can you give a full code example. My assumption might be you’re calling accept on the wrong pair
