Same, i have found that if you uncheck one item in Vgo in settings it tends to start working until you interact with anything in the game then it stops.

Try to connect it in Pokémon Go settings.
And enable Virtual Go Plus in Pgsharp settings.
This should work.
After each restart, you must connect it again.

Turn on Go Plus in Pgsharp settings.
Next you go to settings from Pokemon Go and connected devices.
Turn on all settings you have turned on in Pgsharp settings.
