1. Check if the necessary App permissions have been enabled. For this, go to Settings �� Apps �� PUBG MOBILE �� Permissions. Ensure that all necessary App permissions have been enabled including storage access.
2. Free up some memory on your device and restart the game.

There are two new modes as mentioned in the patch notes here: https://discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/481197473403240451/1128185673850032239:
1. Dragon Ball Super Themed Mode which is available now in Ranked Mode on Sanhok, Erangel, Livik.
2. Battle Royale: Dragon Ball Super which will be available: 2023/7/15 at 2:00 (UTC+0)–2023/9/4 at 23:59 (UTC+0)
