SYeah I think that if you create your bucket in Europe, all files are uploaded to Europe. Even when you're uploading from the USA. I might be wrong tho, correct me if I'm wrong.

GFirst thing I tried, but no luck. Its also not auth errors but "internal error" which sounds like it comes from CF's end

I see it in the web files list view of r2, it has a similar size in bytes, but it doesn’t open and it won’t download). Does it need to be a kind of ReadableStream, if so, and how do I convert it from what I assume is a string?

I've used the POSTMAN project and I can create/list my buckets but I can't put an object in it, I always get "Invalid Argument: Authorization"
Also, I do not get why there is a whole part on S3 in the doc? Is it just that it is the exact same signature or will files actually be put on S3
And finally, is there a Node JS SDK that would ease the use, I could not find an official one

But theoretically any library compatible with S3 and that supports changing the endpoint will work fine since the API is compatible
