This message itself says "the update slowly rolls out on July 11 and should be available to everyone by 13th july" so why exactly is the dbz battle royale mode still not available even tho the event was supposed to come altogether on update 2.7 from 11july to 13th.
I have already answered you regarding this. Please refer to my previous response again. That screenshot you shared is for the announcement of the version 2.7, not the game mode.
Your answer did not make any sense,all you said was "this is a testing limited to certain players and locations for major features" why is pubg beta there if we selected players from certain locations get the premium testing?and as I said we both live in the same location so how come he gets it but not me?
If you are not one of the testers, you will need to wait until the game mode is available for everyone on the date mentioned in the patch notes, @MoonLightX.

Even the mod says "pubg mobile version drops July 13". That video shows all the modes of dbz which means it should come out altogether on July 13 itself and not 15
