Got it! To begin with, please try to perform a routine repair of the game from login menu and reset your device settings one time through Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings. Restart your device and try to play again. If the issue still persists, please make sure to record a video of the issue and submit a report of the issue through #bugs in compliance with the channel's guidelines.
