I am unsure about rank requirement needed to get the trophy after 7 wins but according to all the previous achievement with requirements you can make sure to be Gold and above. If one of your friend has the trophy in their inventory then you can join them and complete the trial with their help,it will count for everyone. You need just 1 player with the trophy in inventory which you will get after 7 consecutive wins in the theme mode.

Very bad update, it has lots of bugs , landing glitches, gun pick up (always during lotting auto pick up guns ) , not auto pick up ammo , it has more lags and many more . ALL ARE AGREE TO ELIMINATE THIS AND GO BACK TO LAST EVENT .
