You bought sample from the shop, and you also choosed same character's sample again in the event so you eventually got nothing. There is no solution to it.

The current season will end on 2023/7/17 at 23:59 (UTC+0). The new season along with the new Royale Pass will be available from 2023/7/18 at 2:00 (UTC+0).

You may be able to receive the title if you manage to obtain Conqueror rank before the new season starts, but you may not be able to receive the avatar frame as you will need to play 5 matches in the Conqueror which are not possible to complete after the season will end, @Roshaan.

I know and can prove how many nibs I got along with the bonuses and UCs from the in-game purchase event. There were about 800 UC in the morning, but now there is none.
