Winter dress jacket for a tall, thin man
Me: 6’3”, 165 lb, live in Midwest US
I lost my last dress jacket in March and so I didn’t really care about replacing it since I knew the weather was going to get warm soon. Now I’m thinking about next winter, and knowing that I’ll likely need something tailored due to my body type (along with bring tall and thin, I have long arms even for my height; I bought an off the rack 40L and had to return it because it was way too big, especially around the waist), I’m thinking I’ll need to order something within the next month or two to ensure it’s here before it gets cold.
I was looking at Suit Supply, and I can go that route if needed (and getting measured in person would be really nice), but I’d really like to not have to spend like $600 if I can avoid doing so.
The guardsman coat and polo coat both look nice to me. I’d likely want to buy something similar to one of those.
Does anyone have suggestions for getting something quality without having to spend that much money, or do I just need to pony up?

Do you have any pics of what you had previously/might be looking for? it would help people narrow down recommendations for you
One example here… generally want something that accentuates my figure and is 100% wool or close to it. The coat I had before was made for a larger man (which I was when I bought it) so I’d be swimming in something like that now.
i am 100% on seh kelly woolen coats
So these? Pricey, sure, but look fly as fck and it prob last decades
SEH Kelly is swag as hell
Those are beautiful
Highly recommend second-hand if possible, great stuff at low prices. Polo coat, chesterfield coat, balmacaan maybe?
