I do have the exact same issue “unable to connect” and that’s why I started using this app and it works but I just wanna know if it is safe or not for my account

If you have already submitted a claim that was approved by the customer service, you may not be able send another request through the account recovery tool until 3-6 months. Feel free to contact the in-game customer service for further questions in this regard.
Please navigate to the bottom-right section of the game and Select All-Talent Championship. After that, select All-Talent Championship interface and tap on Schedule at the left side of the screen. You will be able to find the schedule of all the matches there.
If your request was approved before, you will be able to log into your account through the email that you provided to the customer service when you used the account recovery tool.
