feat: add support for image signing by gerblesh · Pull Request #116...

This PR adds image signing, with no additional configuration required from the user
Things done:

copy cosign public key and policy.json in the proper place (/etc/pki/containers/cosign.pub and /etc...

@akdev you have any idea how we would use image builder? It looks like it only does normal mutable images, and not stuff like silverblue

Valve released SteamOS with a driver called jupiter, they then attempted to upstream a driver called steamdeck

I wanted steamdecksteamdeck to work since that's what they wanted upstreamed, but various packages used jupiterjupiter or steamdeck-hwmonsteamdeck-hwmon

so we switched to jupiter, only to find the closed source parts of steam are ignoring it and using steamdeck-hwmon instead
