DJust host the server on your local machine and connect to "localhost" in the multiplayer screen
DIt is basically what single player does anyway
OOr u can make a server in some free hosting and after you finish it u download it
Pi wouldnt recommend that

PFalix nodes a free host, has lost full nodes worth of data in the past (including backups), Aternos has issues with downloading files iirc
PMinehut has pretty unstable networking and some things are weird
P(and aternos doesnt let u use the plugins u want, or allow custom ones)

ZPlugins are possible in single player mode. Create your world and then open the world folder to drop your plugins in it.
Or setup a profile with curseforge and then create the SP world that way. I prefer to just set it up manually though
