Who Hit Me - Get defeated or knocked out by enemy attacks during the jump phase. You need to be eliminated/knocked while being airborne in the jump phase. Easiest way is to complete this is to jump to the outside the zone from the plane and open your parachute as soon as you can so that you are knocked/eliminated. Livik is the best map for this.
Rubbish Picker - Have 20 attachments equipped in the backpack at the same time in a match. Livik is a good choice of map for this as well. You can pick any attachments like Muzzle, Stock, Grip, Magazine, Scopes, etc. These should be in the backpack and not equipped on the gun.
These were counted in both ranked and unranked earlier. I'm not sure of these lately. You can check for yourself.
