like on first screenshot you shouldn't have anything picked, and at second screenshot your car need to be in yellow frame, means you picked it

Don't get your hopes up, most probably not. Try contacting the in-game Customer Service, with all the ownership evidence you can get (UC purchase history, for example).

For the past 4 years, I've had no problems playing PUBG Mobile
The whole day I could not play, and once I entered the game
The game takes me out and then I put the ball back But still the same problem
I factory reset the phone , And I lost all my data just to be able to play and access the conquer
Only 20 seconds later the game knocks me out .
I'm so frustrated Because I love this game and I want to play
I hope you fix it please .
