Hello, I have a few questions I hope someone can answer.
So my first question is the fact of a “deadzone” that keeps coming up whenever I play. The deadzone affects the area (first picture) highlighted, and I have absolutely no clue how or why it’s activated, but when I go out of the app and touch that area in discord or just my Home Screen (during game, not after it’s finished or something) I can move freely there, I use an iPhone 11 Pro, recently just switched from a 7 and I don’t know why it’s doing this.

As it says: Ace Master titles will be unlocked whenever you reach the rank and titles like Master-Ruler require certain achievements fulfilled in the same mode and same season.

To see wether you fulfill those requirements (if you don't trust the Progress counter) you can check your current season stats. The stats of the past season do not matter in this case.

Regarding the first issue: I understand that there is a permanent part of your display, that works using any application except for PUBG MOBILE, correct? If that is the case and the area on your display, that you've highlighted works fine in any other horizontally played game, then consider using the fox button, reinstall the game itself or move around the affected buttons to see if that helps.
