DNS migration from one account to another, how long downtime?

C0 downtime if you properly disabled dnssec/changed nameservers and had all of the records ready to go on the new account. I'm guessing this is a dnssec issue (i.e you had it enabled at your registrar, and your old account, and never disabled/re-set it up after moving). If you can share the actual domain, it would be easy to confirm the actual issue.
TTL wouldn't cause an issue here, as in the transition period as long as you didn't delete the zone from the old account, it would continue to answer queries

I exported and imported all dns records from previous to new account without modifying anything.
There is a NS record with old nameserver adress for some reason.

CIt looks like the issue isn't dns, but just that on the new account your ssl/tls setting (under your zone -> ssl/tls -> overview) is "Flexible" when it should be "Full (Strict)"

no problem, I would double check and make sure any other zone configurations you had on the old account (page rules, caching settings, etc) are the same on the new account as well. Cloudflare will notice it has been moved from the old account eventually (probably within a few hours), and then I believe it's less then a month later it will be removed from the old account entirelyAOkay I will check for the same!
