This only occurs with Inscryption. I can only think of one thing I might have done that precipitated this - I was pruning shortcuts added to Steam by Heroic Bash Launcher and replacing them with shortcuts using Heroic's built-in functionality, but I might have removed Inscryption's shortcut that was added by the built-in function from Steam instead of Heroic. But as far as I can tell from some searches, that shouldn't cause this.

I tried installing a different GOG game and it just stays at "Installing 0%" with errors in the gogdl-log.
