The email for the customer service is service@pubgmobile.com, @cOLD | bedboy. However, the only recommended way to contact the customer service is through inside the game.
My account has been successfully recovered but I mistakenly entered the wrong email on the recovery form so I long do I have to wait to do a another account recovery
You may try to use the account recovery tool again and you should be able to find the cool-down period if there is any, @Deleted User.
