ah currently I see that WorkersWorkers can be configured to bind to specific route in a zone aka Worker RouteWorker Route, I wonder if PagesPages can do the same in the future since I see it is also a function just like

Most likely you are using Yarn 1 lockfile, try setting YARN_VERSIONYARN_VERSION to 1

I'm not even sure how to upgrade this, the pricing page link just takes me to the workers & pages section, but I'm already on the paid plan there

It takes highest zone plan in your account (i.e If you have 3 free sites, 1 pro, 1 biz, your "Pages plan" is biz)

no clue sorry, if it helps at all direct uploads are currently unlimited and don't count towards that (either via wrangler, or the pages action), it's just when you use pages ci/cd
