Feels like it is lost unless you have your in-game ID and some proof that the account belongs to you ( if so you could try contacting the in-game customer service ) or else have to try guessing for the number or password.

You could do rubbish picker. That one is done fast. Enter any classic match, pick up 20+ attachments for weapons (mags, muzzles etc.) and you're done.
