Keep in mind that you can communicate with the customer service only through inside the game and the email for the customer service is service@pubgmobile.com. Please block the user or they will try to scam you or steal your account. No one else can help you with your account other than the in-game customer service.

Hi. My game has some problem. As you see in the images it has some display problems. I mean while jumping from plane name of places looks blurry. And also other objects apper unclearly. For example entrance of cave in livik, as you see I can't see inside of the cave. I don't know how to fix that. I have tried every graphics but still doesn't work.
