Yes, but you're trying to cache them worldwide. I'm suggesting that, instead of trying to keep the cache warm around the world, you store the data in KV. KV usually responds pretty quickly, even when reading from cold storage. That way, you don't need to try to keep the cache warm everywhere, you just need to put it in KV.

Do you have Certificate Transparency Monitoring (under https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/ssl-tls/edge-certificates) enabled for your domain? If so, it's probably from that.
