It's not "change for 24h"
It's "change once every 24h"

It means that it'll let you change your name once in 24hours

And no it won't revert back to orginal name after you changed to something, you can still change to the old name if you have another rename card after 24hours

1 change per card per 24 hours

There's 3 ways
1. After reaching 10 rank in pubgm account you would've got one (this chance is once per account only)
2. Being inactive(by not opening the game) for 2-3 weeks (please wait for someone who knows the exact duration, to answer this)
3. By buying it from store using 180UC

2. (WooHoo) is to mark the supplies
3. And I don't know what do I use the voice (This Way) for... It has a red mark on it which basically says it's used to mark something but I can't figure out what it is
