Please refer to that notice in the screenshot that you have provided. You will need to wait until that time mentioned there to be able to submit another request for the account recovery. Should you require further assistance with this, please reach out to the in-game customer service.

Please report cheaters through the report feature in the score/spectate section at the end of every match or in the statistics section of their profile via friend search, @Vision. This is the best and most efficient method to inform the security team and receive in-game notifications regarding suspended cheaters. You can also submit a report through http://bit.ly/3ZCEgg5.

@Quendi I will share the screen shot when the event will be available next time but I am not able to generate the code because i generate it one time but i did not note just link it with beta and now i change the device so i need the code again to link here.
You should be able to use your code one time. Please use the old device where you used the code before and where the beta version of the game is already installed.
