Exactly. What’s irking me even more is the fact that I have 90%+ in every other course and the IPC midterm grade is like a fist to the face. I really hope I pass

I did email him but he never replies, Not to me and not to the other students as well. I remember in the beginning of the semester I had issues with the classes as the registration messed up my enrollment and I missed a quiz and I emailed him asking him if I can do it later on, I’m still waiting for a reply…

Fr I emailed him last week regarding the passing average for the midterm and he didn’t reply, I’m scared if I fail he won’t reply to me if I ask for an appeal.

Find the Email of the director of the program and see if he/she can give you a chance or you can just go to his/her office. I know some of those guys never reply Emails. I never see a course outline says you must to pass the midterm in my past 3 years in Seneca. It makes sense you fail the course if you did not pass the final exam.

Yeah I highly doubt it's 50% for midterms only. Otherwise you probably would have received a heads up to drop the class since you won't be passing anyway with less than 50%

It's probably a typo lol. I'm 99.99999% sure it's a combination of the two. I actually think I failed my final but aced the midterm and ended up passing. Either way you should be good (imo).
