Looking for recommendations on Java args for a really, really big modpack

I've managed to create a big modpack, and manage to get ApexHosting's EX Series plan for hosting, but what would be the best Java args I can throw at it, on top of optimization mods?

Although tweaks to existing optimization mods are welcome, if you can recommend any, as this is a very massive pack, although Fabric/Quilt likes to be... deceptive with numbers, so the actual jar count is around 600+ mods (I'm working on trimming some fat as I see fit, though.)

Apexmchosting has good support and locations but thats about it, its expensive and hardware in some locations arent great

Also, I'm probably not gonna switch off of Apex for quite some time, I've already put quite a bit into it. I went to it solely because there was a time when Pebblehost would not allow one to add credit to their account, so I went and searched for a new host
