SteamOS 3.5 removed the old color control stuff and replaced it with HDR patches

I put 10 LTSC on everything I need it on to avoid having to use 11. Not my cup of tea. For a while I used 11 with explorer patcher (which is great btw) but I got tired of things falling behind the latest update and breaking
