Upgrade to pro, how to "redeploy" postgres / redis to take advantage of the PRO infrastructure?

I understand how to re-deploy my app to take advantage of the PRO infrastructure (after dragging it into the Pro team box) How can I get both postgres and redis to use the resources. will a restart do it?

How can I find out if I am on the 32g machines ?
for redis and postgres?

does the database crash if it tries to use more than 8gb of ram?

I am not using that much ram, I upgraded for performance etc

if you weren't using 8gb / 8 vcpu already, there would be no performance gain, it is the same hardware as the hobby plan
just simply more of it
