Tthey download the update
Tand once you shut the PC off, they apply, but it's not like Windows update
Tit should all be seamless
Tapplications and distrobox containers apply while on, no need to reboot
Tbut system needs a reboot, but it's not like you're going to be sitting on an "update" screen or anything for 5 minutes or more
Tit will just apply them on shutdown and your PC shouldn't take any longer than a minute to shut down at most
Twhen you boot up you will see 38 and a bunch of numbers in a list
Tthose are your boot entries. if a system update seems wacky and broke something, you can rollback to the previous one
