WIt seems this is not required. I did have to add that in the past, but works on NixOS without it.
Jwell either nixos changed or distrobox changed. or both, heh.
WReading the Distrobox docs again, it should work automatically "for most systems". So I will update the READMEs and not make that step mandatory, but just note it.
