Adding the GOG launcher to a game (on SteamDeck)
Now that BG3 is working on my deck (thank-you), I'd like to know how to get the GOG launcher onto the system... to facilitate sharing saved games with my windows desktop. One the kind people here mentioned it was possible whille helping me with that earlier problem...

Baldurs Gate handles it internally when launched with Galaxy running in the background
no as they are handled by Larian
they are disabled on GOG side
similar thing happens with steam cloud I suppose
this is a way of making users be able to move saves across platforms so PC <-> consoles
it should also work between GOG <-> Steam but to be fair who buys such game on two stores at the same time
so currently the only way is to run Galaxy alongside with the game
The easiest solution for the deck is to have a script added to Gaming mode that will launch two games - GOG Galaxy and then Baldurs Gate after some timeout
or playing in desktop mode and launching both manually
