RatOS can bus network cannot be created? Network is always "down" despite proper configuration.

Does RatOS not work with can bus configurations? It seems that I cant get the network to be in a "UP" state. I know I set it up properly as I have a separate MicroSD with stock Mainsail installed that can see my toolboard properly. I followed the same steps on my RatOS install and can't seem to get it working.. I wanted to utilize RatOS as it just enables me to set up my V-Minion with kit hardware easily. Also, I could not get klipperscreen working on my stock install as it keeps saying the klipperscreen service is masked but on RatOS klipperscreen works perfectly fine..
