Right now I'm lusting after a great dark brown sport coat. NMWA doesn't seem to stock my size and ebay search alerts haven't been successful lately. I want something with soft shoulders, patch pockets, and a nice pattern, but I'm picky and will either be waiting a long time or eventually shelling out a decent amount of cash
I do have a couple of lighter brown ones, so this wouldn't be the most practical purchase, but I feel like a darker shade would be really nice to round out my ivy wardrobe

Honestly rn it's a good pair of wide leg wool dress pants that actually comes in my size. Everything is either shit quality, maxes out at 30 inseam, or says it's relaxed or loose but looks slim over my massive hams.

Scott is incredible! He does trunk shows occasionally if you wanted to get fitted in person or anything. The price is a little steep but his fabric selection and pattern design is just so worth it

There was this Nom de Guerre tee that came out in 2010 that I must have looked at online a thousand times over that summer. Unfortunately I was a broke student back then. I have tried to find it since I have more disposable income but no luck so far. Honestly, the tee wasn't that special looking back on it now. But it would still be cool to own one of the first items of clothing that I specifically wanted to have.

I sought the Undercover AW13 skeleton double rider for years. Eventually I realized that I was gonna look like a dorkus wearing it and it was gonna cost me $1-2k+, and it just wouldn't be worth it. I was already struggling to convince myself to wear my other AW13 stuff and not baby it. I gave up and just sold it all.

Shorter brushed shetland sweaters... I wish harleys had a better colour selection for the womens sweaters. Most women's sweaters have very slim and short arms too tho. I would love a men's like, smediumish shetland that's ~22 inches long
Way late to this but my white whale didn’t exist for a while (Alden color 4 wingtip boots) and then I stumbled across them on eBay randomly. A week later I got off the wait list for a different white whale - Alden Ravello wingtip boots (second pic)

Literally perfect shade of color 4 too. A really nice reddish brown. I feel like most color 8 is very purple
It was surprisingly easy to get on their radar. I cold called them one day and asked if they had anything in the works. Now I just shoot them an email every 3-4 months and occasionally get in on projects (slated to get some Ravello lwbs next spring and second on the list with Alden DC for ravello tassels). I got my color 4 LHS from Alden DC using the same approach.
Yeah I prefer my boots to my LHS. The LHS lean more red while the boots lean more brown.
