Controller and Pi fan question

I am ready to add fans for both the rpi and steppers. I only have 1 always on header left on my board. Can I use one of the pwm headers as always on? I'd like both to always be on if possible

I want to add a 4 pin PWM fan to my Octopus Max EZ to cool the RPI. I have 2 spare ports due to using a toolboard. Can you help with the configuration changes?
