Yeah, I definitely understand. Another spot of difficulty is figuring out who has responsibility for this kind of thing. Is it Cloudflare, because of the way they handle bindings non-globally? Is it the individual frameworks who have to handle it? Should it be added directly to Vite(which would add support for a good few frameworks in one swoop)?

I totally agree. It's hard to figure out.
I would say it would benefit cloudflare a great deal. As I know a lot of companies that are hesitant to move because of the lack of tooling/support for a good DX locally.

I'm trying to get wrangler into my CI/CD and as I am testing I came across a test case where, I change a value in the dashboard directly ... when I try to deploy with wrangler I get an interactive prompt:

Is there a flag that can be passed to automatically say YES... I'm not noticing a flag in the docs.

There's a generic check for when that gets logged, so if you don't have a TTY it shouldn't log, but that's about it.

somewhere between 3.5.1 and 3.9.0 I am no longer able to connect my pages project (in local mode) to my worker running locally.

All was good with 3.5.1, now w/ 3.9.0 the pages project exits.... anything I am missing? others have the same issue?
