Change coder server settings (attributes) permanently?

Hey, i want to change the http-address value or the CODER_PG_CONNECTION_URL Environment variable permanently so i just can use coder server without any other commands to start coder accordingly. How can i do this? Is there a settings file or something similar?

hey, did you install Coder with docker or using the package using your distribution's package manager ?

if the latter, there should be a coder.envcoder.env file in /etc/coder.d/etc/coder.d

I used the installation script so not through docker, i will take a look at the file

i've set the CODER_PG_CONNECTION_URL variable in the file to a string and it doesnt work. i still have to do

export CODER_PG_CONNECTION_URL="xyz"

export CODER_PG_CONNECTION_URL="xyz"

for it to work

this did not work. i had to use

sudo -H nano /etc/environment

sudo -H nano /etc/environment

and add it in a new line there for it to get applied each time i log in again
