theres probably some wasm stuff you can use otherwise cloudflare image resizing addon is probably best bet

How is '@sveltejs/adapter-static' used with cloudflare pages? I followed the guide https://developers.cloudflare.com/pages/framework-guides/deploy-a-svelte-site/ which runs through the setup and deployment that leverages '@sveltejs/adapter-cloudflare', but I'm wondering how the adapter-static is used.

Can anyone could point me to some documentation or an existing github repository with this type of project setup/deployment to cloudflare?

Ya completely worth it, I wish the images loaded quicker sometimes but I’m sure they’ll keep improving it down the road

adapter-static builds static files only. adapter-cloudflare outputs files so that your site can be server-side rendered on Cloudflare's edge.

I wonder if they have a team actively working on it, it definitely feels like they ran an internal hackathon and found something valuable but never really pursued it. It won’t make them billions but it is a really valuable tool at a really fair price point

Guys i have the same page on github was hosted in different platforms on in the vercel and one in cf so u can say both the hosting are connected to the same repo in gh. So when i run the website commit or change the website adopted the changes in the vercel but in cf it dont as shown in the image the code is written and displayed text was contact me but it displays something else in the cf domain the same website.

You can set a size limit on uploads with a presigned URL

Or well, you can ask them for a size, if it is larger than a few kb, reject it, and otherwise, sign it to that exact size.

Gotcha. Is it a static site? I think it’s generally safe to say any static sites are going to be handled quite fast by Cloudflare infrastructure around the world. If you have functions and dynamic components you could setup analytics to monitor and report back on speeds around the world

It is only in select datacenters though, I’m sure they’ll keep rolling out new hardware for Pages over time. nonetheless I wouldn’t lose sleep over it unless you have a reason to think your app/site isn’t performing well

Pages is just Workers & KV, so the Worker is on every server globally and the assets in KV are stored in two central stores (NA & EU) & cached in the colo they are accessed upon request.
