No, @MUSHIi!!!. You will be returned to your original server after leaving the custom room. You can only change your server through your Account settings of the game.

It will increase your Wish Level's Odds. Wish Level increases as more crates are opened. The higher the Wish level, the higher the chance of getting the Wish item. It is still not guaranteed.
