That's not the major issue @Mentos. If we get a gun, the enemy starts running away while we switch. There are times we cannot chase an enemy and we end up losing a kill.

This should not be an issue as of now. You no longer land at a location with melee weapon in hand, so you can pick up the weapon from the beginning and the melee weapon will remain in your melee weapon slot. You still have the choice to drop it later. If you still have any feedback regarding this, feel free to provide your feedback through #feedback in compliance with the channel's guidelines.
