Hey all. I have just setup a Domain a few hours ago (around 20ish) i have added the domain to github pages. When i do access the site i get met with this error message:

However, now I have a situation where whatever I do everything looks normal but it's like it's pulling an old page from some cache and after a new deployment, we still have the old page.

you need to make a "pages function" to do that, and then call that function from the cloudflare page, e.g. some javascript running on your page. the function is essentially just a regular cloudflare worker that happens to be "inside" your pages project

Yeah, that's clear. It acts like a middleware. But I am confused whether every function needs to act as middleware.

Which means that a possible routing has to happen inside the functions as well. Not all requests of the whole site necessarily have to be piped through that request handler. Let's say you have a site that just wants to make a certain db query on a certain page. Example:

  }

All of the onRequestonRequest syntax is specific to Functions file-based routing, so whilst you could have a middleware that does routing based on the request URL, you'd rather do functions/foo.tsfunctions/foo.ts and functions/bar.tsfunctions/bar.ts.

Hey all,

If my pages functions threw an error, how am I supposed to view what the error was?

Pages doesn't support log push, so unless I leave it streaming logs they seemingly go into the void? My application didn't even recieve the request (or it broke somewhere before it gets to my logging) so really confused as to what the issue is

__dirname__dirname is not usable on pages you should ensure you are building with the correct params for cloudflare pages.
