CMy understanding is it doesn't force you to solve the captcha, it's just if you go above the x requests per time, you need to solve a captcha or wait out the period until you are under the ratelimit
EWhen I reach on the limit, all I have to do is refresh the page.

Con that link, they are saying that the ASN related properties (I'm guessing) are part of a DHT node network used for bittorrent
