Number of replicas is stuck and is not editable
I even changed the values in the railway.json file

Bug number 2, I made this change in the dev branch which is only linked to the service in the development environment, the number of replicas in development is still stuck at 8. Meanwhile the service in production environment connected to a different git branch is using numReplicas value as 2 from railway.json file in the dev branch

That number comes from the latest deployment for the service/environment. Is it incorrect for you?
