The outage page says the incident is resolved but I am still getting 503 errors and no content loading in my Pages dashboard.

And deploying static files through the API (my regular CI/CD pipeline) is still broken as it was this morning (it's now nearly midnight).

This is a really long outage and it's concerning that CF seems to be unaware of it, since they're claiming everything is back to normal.

No, once a project is created, its URL is immutable. Though, if your domain is proxied, then your local resolver shouldn't be able to see the underlying pages.devpages.dev domain

Oh, CNAME flattening? Don't think there is anything that would prevent it, as long as the custom domain is registered in Pages.
