ODBC driver not found

Hello, I have tried several ways to fix the following error: ('01000', "[01000] [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Can't open lib 'ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server' : file not found (0) (SQLDriverConnect)"), I installed the necessary packages both in linux and from python with the file requeriments.txt and the environment variables, I would appreciate help on this problem, here I attach my file requeriments.txt and the setup of nixpacks project ID: fad9bb14-d88f-4580-ad3e-b3015b64ebea
