Hello Bruce, I got it working after refreshing page for 4-5 times. I don't know really why it worked but it worked for me. After refreshing multiple time I was redirected to billing page to enable R2.

Do you have a custom video playback setup? Generally browsers will download the entire video once, and then skipping around doesn’t make any more requests.
In your case though, yes, every request that isn’t a cache hit would count as a Class B operation if I’m understanding things correctly
